MelonCraft — Rules

1. Acceptance
By connecting you agree to all rules & staff decisions.

2. Respect & Harassment
No bullying, targeted attacks, discrimination, IRL threats, doxxing, or sustained drama. Serious incidents → heavy bans.

3. Chat & Spam
No spam (character, repeat, command spam). English in main chat. Avoid politics/religion. Filters apply — you’re accountable for all messages.

4. Impersonation
No pretending to be another player or staff.

5. ️ Disallowed Mods & Cheating
Hacked clients, x-ray, fly, auto-clickers, macros, scripts, radar/ESP, auto-pot, auto-armor, attack keybind abuse, bots, etc. = ban. Allowed clients (e.g. Badlion, Lunar) must give no gameplay advantage. Printer-type tools only allowed on Creative and must not modify vanilla behavior.

6. Bug Abuse
Non-malicious bug use may be tolerated; malicious/exploitive abuse will be punished and can cause progress loss or wipes.

7. Trading & Currency
No IRL trading or currencies that equate to real life currency.

8. Advertising
Sharing competitor IP/links in a non-malicious way → escalating mutes. Malicious advertising (spam to drive players away) → permanent mute.

9. Alt Accounts & Evasion
Abusing alt limits (e.g. VPN evasion) → warn → long ban → perm ban at staff discretion.

10. Self-Harm & Sensitive Content
Encouraging self-harm or posting abusive/sexual content = strict punishment.

11. ️ Tiered Punishments (overview)

• Tier 1: Warn → 15m → 30m → 1h → 3h → 12h (public chat only)

• Tier 2: Warn → 30m → 1h → 3h → 12h → 1d

• Tier 3: 1d → 3d → 7d → 14d → Permanent

• Tier 4: 7d → 14d → 30d → Permanent
  (Nuisance pathways may lead to permanent mute/ban for repeated low-tier offences.)

12. Blacklist Policy
Blacklists are long/perm bans for extreme threats, doxxing, DDOS, severe abuse. Appeals: discord support (contact management ticket) after 90 days; if denied, wait 365 days to re-appeal.

13. Reporting & Evidence
If staff aren’t present, submit a report. Some non-black listable cases must be reported within 14 days to be enforced.

14. Quick Conduct Reminders

• Don’t expose staff in vanish.

• Don’t use foreign languages in main chat (moderation reasons).

• Don’t post malicious links or private info.
